- Hands-on experience building, managing, and troubleshooting data pipelines across complex environments
- Strong understanding of network connectivity, data extraction, and multi-site systems integration
- Experience working with agent-based data collection, legacy connectivity tools, or local-to-cloud data movement
- Ability to work with MSPs, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to solve practical integration challenges
- Background in HVAC, field services, multi-location service companies, or other distributed operating environments would be a strong plus
