- Support day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations to ensure critical materials are available when needed
- Source materials through approved vendors by issuing RFQs and executing accurate purchase orders
- Track and expedite open orders to meet time-sensitive operational requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning teams when materials fall outside defined thresholds
- Analyze vendor performance and support reporting on supply chain and inventory metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance to support reporting, budgets, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations support roles
- Experience working with purchase orders, vendors, and sourcing processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
