- You will lead US payroll processing for roughly 150 employees ensuring precision, timeliness, and adherence to federal and state regulations
- You will manage all US benefits programs including enrollments, audits, eligibility, and vendor coordination
- You will support ongoing UKG utilization, enhancements, and troubleshooting
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
- You will help strengthen internal processes, governance, and documentation as the company scales
- Strong experience managing full cycle US payroll and benefits for a multi state employee population
- UKG experience required including payroll processing and system navigation
- Exposure to HRIS or payroll implementations, integrations, or optimization efforts
- Deep understanding of payroll regulations, taxation, and benefits administration best practices
- High attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to operate independently in a fast moving environment
