- Collaborate with HR to provide high-quality, proactive operational support to Talent Acquisition throughout the recruitment process
- Act as a liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering a positive experience for all involved.
- Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes to scheduling and logistics and provide updates to the interview team(s) and candidates as necessary
- Maintain detailed records and tracking systems to ensure compliance and alignment with the organization’s hiring goals and legal requirements.
- 3 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination or related in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS or other data entry systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (including proofreading and editing) keeping an eye on the quality of work products
