The Team You’ll Be Joining

Join an established consumer packaged goods (CPG) company with products distributed through major retail channels.
Be part of a team focused on strengthening brand visibility, supporting retail partnerships, and driving product sales.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to coordinate marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and retail partners to bring promotional campaigns to market.

Hands-on exposure to multiple areas of marketing, including eCommerce, shopper marketing, retail media, and in-store promotions.

Help strengthen the company’s presence across digital and physical retail environments, ensuring products are accurately represented and effectively promoted.
Coordinate online product content, imagery, and descriptions to support product discovery and the consumer shopping experience.
Track campaign performance, spending, and key metrics to help evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, CPG, eCommerce, shopper marketing, retail media, or a related field.
Familiarity with online product listings, digital merchandising, retailer platforms, or digital advertising campaigns.
Experience coordinating marketing projects, creative assets, promotional materials, or print production.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Analytical skills and comfort tracking campaign budgets, reviewing performance metrics, and reporting results.
Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
