LOCATION:

  • Charlotte, NC - Onsite with close collaboration across business and technology teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for all enterprise applications and data platforms.
  • Provide executive-level ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ensure strong integration across the business.
  • Oversee ecommerce platforms, custom web/mobile applications, and ensure seamless connectivity with backend systems.
  • Drive the vision for enterprise data and analytics, including data governance, data quality, warehousing, and self-service BI.
  • Lead teams responsible for application development, ERP administration, data engineering, data modeling, and BI development.
  • Implement SDLC, DevOps, and change management best practices across all technology teams.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of critical business platforms.
  • Establish KPIs for system performance, data accuracy, project delivery, and operational health.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Manufacturing, HR, and other leaders to align technology with business outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, system integrators, offshore development partners, and licensing providers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

  • 10 years of experience leading enterprise applications, ERP ecosystems, or data/analytics functions.
  • 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams (development, ERP/CRM, data engineering, BI).
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&O or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, data modeling, and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Experience implementing SDLC frameworks and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Background with Azure cloud services, integration technologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with or managing offshore or virtual development teams is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
