- Join AccruePartners as a consulting Recruiter supporting a confidential, family-owned distribution company experiencing organizational transition and HR modernization.
- The client operates across 22 branch locations with a centralized corporate office and is facing talent acquisition capacity challenges due to recent staffing changes.
- You will work alongside the Senior HR Generalist Consultant to centralize recruiting efforts, streamline hiring processes, and support consistent onboarding and talent operations across all locations.

- Ability to influence how recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience are standardized across 22 locations

- Recruiting responsibilities are currently dispersed across branch locations with inconsistent processes, delayed hiring decisions, and limited candidate flow.
- This role brings centralized ownership to talent acquisition—ensuring speed, structure, and accountability in hiring for high-volume roles.
- You will directly impact workforce readiness by improving candidate pipeline management, coordinating interviews, and executing smooth onboarding.
- By supporting the Senior HR Consultant, this position helps stabilize HR operations during the transition from Paycom to Paylocity and prepares the organization for future growth.
- 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (corporate, agency, or consulting)
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or field-based environments
- Strong ability to manage full-cycle recruiting—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer support, and onboarding handoff
- Skilled in communicating with hiring managers, gathering job requirements, and providing recruiting updates and insights
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Paylocity, Paycom, or similar ATS/HRIS platforms)
- Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable bringing structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Prior consulting or contract experience a plus but not required
