Demonstrated ability in video creation, editing, and scriptwriting for both instructional and communications content.
Strong understanding of e-Learning platforms, best practices for digital delivery, and technical knowledge of SCORM standards.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including advanced ability to facilitate training sessions and present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with and managing content development alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
