What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Asset Management Project Analyst / ITAM Program Support position at Accroid Inc?
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting ServiceNow ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, or related technology governance initiatives.
- Experience supporting project delivery in IT Asset Management, technology operations, regulatory, compliance, risk, or audit-related environments.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams under tight timelines.
- Ability to develop structured documentation, status reports, trackers, meeting notes, and follow-up actions with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
- Working knowledge of ITAM concepts such as asset inventory, software and hardware lifecycle management, ownership, entitlement tracking, and governance controls.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HAM/SAMPro modules and CMDB, Jira and Confluence
