This role is a critical executive partner, responsible for driving the company's long-range financial strategy, fundraising model, and operating budget through a period of high growth and strategic clarity.Reporting to the COO and partnering closely with the C-Suite, you will own all financial planning processes, from the 2030 strategic plan to the 2026 operating budget, and will co-lead preparation for the company's Series C. You will manage and scale the FP&A team, design planning systems and processes, and serve as a key voice in capital allocation, growth tradeoffs, and investor readiness.This role is ideal for a seasoned FP&A leader who has built financial planning functions from scratch and knows what world-class looks like at scale.
