This role is ideal for an early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials
- Arrange travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and written communications on behalf of leadership
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records (both electronic and physical)
- Support meeting logistics, including conference room setup and virtual meeting coordination
- Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic administrative tracking
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
- 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
