We are currently seeking a Baler Operator (Night Shift) for our Sugar Land, Texas facility.
Pay rate: $15.00 an hour plus a $2.00 shift differential for working nights.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Complies with established safety policies and procedures crating 7-10 bales per shift.
- Accurately weighing waste bales and recording bale weights. on bale tallies
- Obtaining waste loads from production areas as directed, feeding waste into the bailing machine.
- Work with returned goods
- Daily cleaning includes cleaning the area around the baler, cleaning the baler box, behind the ram following safety practices.
- Daily blowing off or vacuuming the baler exterior and daily sweeping the baler room floor.
- Performs other related duties as directed by warehouse management.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Basic math skills required. Must pass the New Hire Base Assessment Test, which measures basic arithmetic and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read, write and speak in the English language to the extent necessary to effectively communicate and interpret instructions.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience operating a baler machine.
- 12-hour shift work experience required.
- Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs.
