Responsibilities
- Prepare complete, accurate 1040 tax returns
- Conduct client tax interviews in person; skilled in communicating using video, phone, chat, email
- Build client relationships that support business growth and retention
- Facilitate IRS support services, including, tax notice services, and Audit representation.
- Experience preparing 1040s
- Successful completion of a Tax Knowledge Assessment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools (video, phone, chat)
- Ability to meet continuing education requirements and comply with IRS/state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
