Responsibilities
- Record and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy in debits and credits across various accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts regularly
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Maintain and update accounting systems in QuickBooks Online software
- Attaching credit card payments to accounts
- Conduct account analysis and general ledger reconciliation to verify financial data integrityRequirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, in a retail setting a plus!
- Ability to work efficiently with spreadsheets and financial report writing tools
- Following up with manager in collection for receipts and entering in Quickbooks

This is a part time position only! Approximately 20-25 hours a week. Flexible on day and times. Must be reliable and able to work independently to assist in our accounting departments success.
