What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Clerk position at Accounting Solutions?
Experienced Accounts receivable/collections clerk needed.
High-volume responsibilities, accounts receivables (and some payables) for homeowner and condominium association accounts. Accrual based accounting experience helpful. Knowledge of CINC or Strongroom a big plus.
- Other duties include posting assessments, capital contribution, and other fees;
- Coordinating with attorneys on collection accounts;
- Prepare monthly invoices or statements; posting interest and/or late fees to delinquent accounts;
- Ensure payments are posted correctly
- Assist with accounts payables via Strongroom.
- Support Auditors with appropriate documentation, reports and adjustments.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Excellent computer skills (MSWord and Excel), Data Entry, and Customer Service are essential for the key position.
Skills/Qualifications:
Tracking Budget Expenses, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Time Management, Analyzing Information, Vendor Relationships, PC Proficiency, Data Entry Skills, Accrual Accounting, CINC and/or Strongroom software experience a plus.
