This work is for a part-time temporary professional to assist with managing, facilitating, implementing, and coordinating our change management strategies, programs, and platforms in the Office of Performance and Transparency.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the implementation of change management plans and training. Support documentation and analysis of business process changes.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing learning and certification plans, courses, and activities to support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and organizational structures.
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures in the form of job aids.
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of project communication. Review, edit, and proofread communications, produce FAQs, and assist with the building out of slide decks.
  • Support ongoing stakeholder analysis and targeted communication.
  • Analyze survey data and develop insights for improving communication strategy.
  • Monitor and assist in managing the Change Champion Network.
  • Attend Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) meetings.
  • Performs basic general clerical tasks.
  • Performs other duties as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in change management, training and development, or a related field.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license and any other endorsements necessary to legally operate vehicles used while assigned to this position.
  • Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and job-related software.
  • Experience writing, editing, and proofreading communications.
  • Experience in adult learning, instructional design, or training content development.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Reliable self-starter who takes initiative and fully owns assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other job-related software programs.
  • Ability to learn how to use new technologies quickly.
  • A capacity for innovation, idea generation, and problem-solving.
  • A strong ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to change management methodologies.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills is a plus.

Hours: Mon-Friday (8:30am-4:30pm) 20-40 hours a week. Flexible on time and days

Duration: Approximately 3 months
