What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Implementation Assistant position at Accounting Solutions of St. Augustine?
This work is for a part-time temporary professional to assist with managing, facilitating, implementing, and coordinating our change management strategies, programs, and platforms in the Office of Performance and Transparency.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the implementation of change management plans and training. Support documentation and analysis of business process changes.
- Assist in preparing and implementing learning and certification plans, courses, and activities to support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and organizational structures.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures in the form of job aids.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of project communication. Review, edit, and proofread communications, produce FAQs, and assist with the building out of slide decks.
- Support ongoing stakeholder analysis and targeted communication.
- Analyze survey data and develop insights for improving communication strategy.
- Monitor and assist in managing the Change Champion Network.
- Attend Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) meetings.
- Performs basic general clerical tasks.
- Performs other duties as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in change management, training and development, or a related field.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license and any other endorsements necessary to legally operate vehicles used while assigned to this position.
- Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language.
- Must be able to operate a computer and job-related software.
- Experience writing, editing, and proofreading communications.
- Experience in adult learning, instructional design, or training content development.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Reliable self-starter who takes initiative and fully owns assigned tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other job-related software programs.
