Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment approvals.
- Execute double entry bookkeeping to maintain comprehensive financial records.
- Assist in financial report writing for internal stakeholders and external audits.
- Collaborate with private equity firms to provide necessary financial documentation and insights.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls.
- Utilize QuickBooks and PeopleSoft for efficient financial management and reporting.
