Role Description This is a full-time position, portfolio and part-time on-site Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned HOA, condo, and co-op communities, serving as the primary contact for Boards, residents, and vendors. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and ensuring common areas and facilities are well maintained. The Property Manager will support Board meetings, prepare management reports, communicate community policies, assist with vendor selection and contract oversight, and help ensure compliance with association governing documents and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Property and community management skills, including coordinating maintenance, overseeing vendors, and conducting regular property inspections.
- Licensed Community Association Manager (Must have LCAM)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with Boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams, both in writing and in person.
- Familiarity with HOA, condo, and co-op operations, governing documents, and relevant state and local regulations (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- Previous experience in property management, community association management, or a related field is preferred; CAM or similar certification is a plus.
