Advise clients on tax planning, transactions and other complex tax matters.
Oversee a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring quality, deadlines and strong client service. Research evolving tax issues and provide practical guidance on technical matters and regulatory inquiries. Develop and expand client relationships through new business opportunities and additional services.
Lead, mentor and develop managers and other tax professionals while helping manage staffing, workflow and engagement profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; advanced tax/accounting degree preferred. CPA, JD, EA or other credential permitting representation before the IRS.
8 years of relevant tax experience, ideally within public accounting. Proven leadership experience managing client relationships, engagements and professional staff. #ACCPRI.
Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
