Tax Preparer, Manager, CPA Partner

Job Overview

We are seeking Tax Preparers, Managers and Partner (CPA or EA preferred) to join our team. This role is ideal for Tax professionals and those with practices or home offices looking to build or expand their own client base while playing a key role in developing and leading our firm’s tax division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting, a comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, and a desire to grow a practice within a supportive environment. Duties

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Analyze financial data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide proactive tax planning and strategic advisory services to clients.
• Assist clients with estate planning and provide guidance on tax implications.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• CPA or EA designation (or actively pursuing).
• Proven experience in tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building or growing a client base.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial software applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Familiarity with estate planning strategies is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
