We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and results-oriented Payroll Solutions Sales Representative to drive new business and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and HR solutions, and will actively engage potential clients to showcase the benefits of our payroll services. This position will be located in the DFW Metroplex.

Since 1971, Dallas Payroll is providing a comprehensive and advanced payroll software and HR solutions catering to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our company specializes in offering efficient, accurate, and scalable payroll services that help businesses streamline their payroll processing, ensure tax compliance, and optimize their workforce management. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and personalized service, Dallas Payroll is committed to simplifying payroll tasks for employers, enabling them to focus on growing their businesses.
This position will have an hourly rate uncapped commission.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries requiring payroll and HR solutions.
- Conduct needs analysis and demonstrate how our payroll services can improve efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Present tailored payroll solutions to decision-makers, including HR managers, CFOs, and business owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term loyalty and service renewal.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth implementation of payroll services for new clients.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to advise clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex payroll solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry
- Prior experience in Payroll or HCM industry is preferred
