Director of Corporate Administration
This role with an intown, privately owned 35-year-old company is a terrific opportunity for the candidate with managerial experience in finance, accounting, and HR. A very flexible role that holds the big picture in mind while understanding operational flow within a service organization. This role requires utmost confidentiality, sound judgement, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple functional areas of a successful mid-size company. 5 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions supporting finance, HR, and operations
- Manage relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, benefits providers, and service vendors
- Support payroll and benefits administration processes in coordination with internal and external resources
- Provide oversight and guidance to HR operations, including systems, policies, and compliance practices
- Review and manage a range of corporate agreements and service contracts
- Coordinate vendor services, facilities-related needs, and ongoing operational support activities
- Assist with internal processes, reporting, and documentation to support business operations
- Partner with leadership on process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
- Supervise and support administrative staff as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or HR (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with the above-referenced fields
- Experience in small to mid-sized companies
- Strong working knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HR systems like ADP
