Controller - Marietta

A growing custom manufacturing company in Marietta is hiring an Accounting lead for their $5M company. This can either be an Accounting Manager or a Controller who enjoys touching many parts of the business and has an operational eye. This role is in the office daily, and must have experience with milestone billing.

Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the monthly accounting, including contract billing, month-end close, and production of the financial package.
Milestone billing for custom manufacturing
Build and enhance cash flow forecasting
Partner with functional leaders to drive operating efficiency, improved costing, and overall financial performance.
Handle all audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP

Requirements:

At least 4-6 years of accounting experience for manufacturing
POC and/or WIP billing, job costing
Undergraduate degree in accounting
