Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and early childhood education strategies.
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism and disabilities, by providing tailored assistance to promote their academic and social development.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, organized, and nurturing environment that encourages active participation and positive behavior.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to enhance student understanding in core subjects such as literacy education and math.
- Help with classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and foster respectful interactions among students.
- Support early childhood development through age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional skills.

Skills
