Medical Equipment Sales | Remote (Global)


Role Overview

Body Balance System is seeking a high-energy, resilient, and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing medical equipment sales team. Your primary mission is to break through the "gatekeepers" at medical practices and schedule high-quality appointments for our senior closing team. This is a volume-heavy, results-driven role that requires a relentless pursuit of excellence and a "hunter" mentality.


Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: $1,000 USD / Month
  • Commission: Performance-based incentives per qualified appointment and closed deal.
  • Target Annual Earnings: $50,000 – $100,000 USD (Uncapped)

Core Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Execute a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls per day to medical practices and clinics.
  • Appointment Setting: Identify decision-makers (Practice Managers/Doctors) and secure confirmed appointments for the closing team.
  • Lead Management: Meticulously track all activities, notes, and follow-ups within our CRM system.
  • Resilience: Professionally handle objections and navigate complex office hierarchies to reach key stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our medical technology.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Linguistic Excellence: Native or near-native English fluency is mandatory. We are specifically looking for candidates who have lived in the USA or have a deep understanding of American cultural nuances and professional etiquette.
  • Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is required. Medical sales experience preferred.
  • Remote Setup: Must have a quiet home office environment, a high-speed internet connection, and a professional-grade headset.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated and able to maintain high activity levels without direct supervision.
  • Schedule: Ability to work during US Business Hours (specific time zones to be discussed).
