Position Overview
Account-Tech Solutions (ATS) is seeking a highly capable Project Manager / Systems Lead to oversee operations of a 24/7 Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Service Order Desk (SOD) at Fort Carson, Colorado.
This role combines program management, operational leadership, and ERP systems oversight (GFEBS and ArMA). The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous, compliant, and high-performance service delivery in a mission-critical Army environment.
This is a key personnel position and serves as the primary interface with Government leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Operations Management
- Provide full lifecycle management of SOD operations supporting a 24/7/365 environment
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, performance standards, and reporting metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and COR
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Systems & Data Oversight (GFEBS / ArMA)
- Ensure accurate, real-time entry and management of all service orders
- Maintain data integrity across GFEBS (ERP) and ArMA systems
- Monitor work order lifecycle, prioritization, and completion tracking
- Generate reports and analytics to support Government decision-making
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Government stakeholders
Performance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with Average Speed of Answer (ASA) and other performance metrics
- Monitor call center operations, response times, and service quality
- Implement quality control and continuous improvement processes
- Manage risk and ensure audit readiness at all times
Team Leadership
- Supervise SOD staff, including dispatchers and shift leads
- Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all personnel meet training requirements (GFEBS, cybersecurity, AT Level I, etc.)
- Foster a professional, accountable, and mission-focused team environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR 10 years of relevant experience in operations or facilities management
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing operations in a government or DoD environment
- Demonstrated experience with GFEBS or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of work order management systems (ArMA or equivalent)
- Experience managing 24/7 operations or call center environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAC access and pass background screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Army DPW or installation operations
- Direct experience with ArMA and GFEBS systems
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience in facilities support services (NAICS 561210 or similar)
- Military or federal contracting background
