SKILLS: Candidate must posses organizational skills, prioritize, work, and attention to detail. Excellent communications skills and typing skills for accuracy. Team Player, Computer Savvy. Must be creative, ability to work independently and meet deadlines even if deadlines change.
DEGREE: High School/ College Level
EXPERIENCE: Preferred candidate has knowledge or have past experience with Medical private practice sector environment. Willing to train the right candidate.

Job Functions:
1. Exhibits exceptional client and staff relations and communications.
2. Demonstrates excellent time management skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet all deadlines for projects and assignments.
3. Performs billing services for clients including:
- Communicating with clients to obtain necessary patient information.
- Entering insurance payments into the billing software
- Calling insurance companies on denied claims
- Running weekly reports to manage clients A/R
4. Maintains strict confidentiality under company and HIPAA rules.
5.Attendance and participation in all staff meetings.
6.Specific tasks and other related duties as requested and/or assigned by the Billing Operations Manager.
