1st shift 5am - 3pm
Monday - Thursday
If OT is needed it is worked on Fridays.

Description
Saw Operators will set up and operate equipment to meet customer and internal quality standards.
Essential Functions.
- Set up and operate equipment.
- Load and unload material to/ from saw.
- Cut material as required by prints.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and good housekeeping
- Report shortages of parts, tools, and materials in a timely manner.
- Responsible for submitting hourly rates.
- Responsible for reporting hourly quality checks and counts in ERP system.
- Use of measuring devices, tape measure and calipers.
- Confers with maintenance and management to resolve manufacturing problems.
- All other duties assigned by Management.
Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Must be a self-starter and dependable worker, who is committed to continuous improvement.
- Mechanical skills reading prints and interpretation.
Requirements
- Must have ability to use hands to lift, grab, grasp, pull, push and feel. The employee is frequently required to stop, kneel, twist.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
