Job Description
The Hotel Operations Internship is a local program that provides a college student with meaningful experiential learning, and an opportunity to shadow hotel operations in our historic hotel.
The intern will gain experience in the hospitality industry including food and beverage, rooms and hotel operations. The program will include job shadowing to provide exposure and learning of brand standards, work in our Oak Long Bar and Kitchen and Hotel to meet guest’s needs and exposure of day to day operating procedures with our management team.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work for any employer in the USA
- Experience in hospitality or enrollment in Hospitality management program
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Experience with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) preferred
