Job Description

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Olympic as our new Part Time Bell/Valet Attendant! Join our dedicated team as a Bell/Valet Attendant and provide a warm and welcoming arrival experience to our valued guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
• Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area
• Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
• Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations
• Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service
• Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies

Qualifications

• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to stand on feet and walk throughout the shift
