We are seeking a RN Field Case Manager - Nonskilled Division to join our Ormond Beach, FL office and oversee non-skilled home care services.

Your Day-to-Day
- Manage and coordinate non-skilled home care cases, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Oversee daily office operations, assisting with scheduling, authorizations, and client communications.
- Conduct aide orientations, trainings, and supervisory visits to promote quality and consistency in care.
- Monitor compliance with all AccordCare policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve client satisfaction and caregiver performance.
- Current RN license in the State of Florida (required)
- 1 year of experience in home care or community health preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to quality care
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for occasional field visits
- Familiarity with AlayaCare software a plus
- Monday–Friday schedule | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends!)
