• Field RN - Home Health (North Palm Beach County, FL)

  Compensation: $78,000-$85,000 (DOE)

  Key Highlights

  • Experience Required:

    • Minimum 1 year of Medicare Home Health experience

    • OASIS assessment proficiency

    • WellSky/Kinnser EHR experience

    • Wound care and infusion skills

  • Licensure: Current Florida RN license required

  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

  • Technology: Agency uses Roger AI to reduce documentation time

  Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver care per individualized Plan of Care (POC)

  • Perform Start of Care (SOC) visits and OASIS assessments

  • Communicate promptly about patient condition changes

  • Provide nursing interventions including medication administration, wound care, infusion therapy, catheter care, and patient transfers

  • Conduct supervisory visits as needed

  • Collaborate closely with clinical team, patients, and families
