Territory Manager: Early Start Up/Disruptive Technology
AZ/UT (Must reside near a major city or airport in AZ or UT)
- Responsibilities:Orchestrates commercial site assessment, selection, and development
- Ensures commercial sites follow required training protocols, follow patient selection guidelines, and recommended implant techniques
- Drives growth to achieve sales plan
- Achieves and exceeds assigned sales quota
- Works closely with marketing and sales operations teams to refine and enhance both outreach programs
- Works with stakeholders in hospitals and health systems to ensure access and payment for Company products
- Assists clinicians in performing Company procedures, programming and patient follow up. Provides procedural and technical support of clinical activities and clinical expertise.
- Educational support of customer clinical staff, administrative staff, and patients
- Education A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study. Advanced degree preferred
- Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience sales and marketing in Early Start-Up med-tech field required
- At least 2 years experience in supporting surgical procedures in an operating room
- MUST HAVE: Experience with early start up Reimbursement, CAT 3 Codes, T Codes, Crosswalk codes is required.
- Prior experience in the Urology, Urogynecology or Neuromodulation space is highly preferred
- MUST HAVE: Experience working for an early Start-up, launching New disruptive technology to market, calling on early adopters, navigating Reimbursement is required.
- Experience in market development and therapy awareness in the medical industry, calling on Physicians Offices, working with staff on reimbursement, education, prior auth, patient selection required.
- Languages: fluent in English. Other languages: advantage
- Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM programs
- Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must reside in the territory geography.
- Valid drivers license required
Strong compensation, $120k base plus commissions/bonuses, OTE $250K uncapped, stock options, full benefits, car allowance and more.
