Clinical Field Specialist - Little Rock, AK

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Field Specialist to support healthcare professionals and sales partners across the Little Rock, Arkansas territory (includes all of Arkansas and Shreveport, LA). This field-based position serves as a clinical and procedural resource, providing education, case support, training, and ongoing clinical expertise to customers.

The ideal candidate is a clinically confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment, builds strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff, and is comfortable working alongside a commercial team. • Provide hands-on clinical and procedural support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support procedures and cases within hospitals and other healthcare settings throughout the assigned territory.
• Educate and train customers on clinical best practices, procedural techniques, and appropriate use of medical technologies.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for customers before, during, and after procedures.
• Partner closely with the local sales team to support customer needs, account development, and territory objectives.
• Conduct in-services, product training, and educational programs for physicians and clinical staff.
• Develop strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders and become a reliable resource within assigned accounts.
• Assist with new customer onboarding and ongoing clinical education.
• Communicate clinical observations, customer feedback, and field insights to internal partners.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant procedures, disease states, clinical workflows, and industry trends.
• Manage a field-based schedule that may include early mornings, changing case schedules, and travel throughout the territory.
• Maintain all required documentation and operate in accordance with company, hospital, and regulatory policies.

• Bachelors degree required; clinical or healthcare-related degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospital, procedural, surgical, or other clinical environment strongly preferred.
• Experience as an RN, clinical specialist, surgical/procedural professional, or medical device clinical representative is highly desirable.
• Ability to confidently communicate and build credibility with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong presentation, education, and training skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment while collaborating closely with a sales team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, cases, and priorities.
• Ability to learn complex clinical and technical information quickly.
• Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside within or near the Little Rock, AR territory and be able to travel throughout the assigned geography.
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
