Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
This role is for a leading private medical device firm specializing in non-invasive diagnostic equipment. The company has a significant global footprint, supported by a workforce of approximately 200 to 500 employees.
As the CFO, you will be the strategic architect of the company’s financial future, overseeing an annual revenue profile in the $75M–$100M range. You will report directly to the CEO and act as a key advisor to the Board of Directors, ensuring financial health while supporting aggressive international expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Planning: Lead long-term budgeting and forecasting to drive profitability and support global scaling efforts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze critical performance metrics—including EBITDA and gross profit margins—to guide executive decision-making.
- Capital Management: Oversee capital structure, manage cash flow, and maintain relationships with private equity investors or institutional partners.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all financial operations comply with international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and local regulatory requirements across multiple subsidiaries.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the accounting, finance, and potentially IT or legal departments to streamline internal controls and systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in the medical device or high-tech manufacturing industry.
