Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Informatica Tech Lead with deep expertise in Cloud Data Integration and PowerCenter to lead our data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands-on experience with Informatica CDI-PC (Cloud Data Integration - PowerCenter), file-based processing, and various data transformations. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing complex data workflows, ensuring efficient data processing and integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of data integration solutions using Informatica CDI-PC (PowerCenter Cloud Data Integration).
Develop and manage file-based jobs, leveraging transformations such as Aggregator, Expression, Lookup, and others to ensure data quality and efficiency.
Implement and support CDC (Change Data Capture)concepts for real-time or near-real-time data processing.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts in SQL Server 2016 to support data workflows.
Monitor and control Informatica workflows/jobs usingControl-M for scheduling and job monitoring.
Develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions utilizing PowerShell and command prompt scripting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and best practice guidelines.
Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
10 years of relevant experience in Informatica PowerCenter, with strong expertise in CDI-PC (Cloud Data Integration).
Proven experience with file-based jobs and transformations such as Aggregator, Expression, Lookup, etc.
Solid understanding of CDC concepts and implementation.
Proficiency in SQL Server 2016, including writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
Experience with job scheduling and monitoring using Control-M.
Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and command prompt.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to lead complex projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
