Job Decription

  • Act as a high-level technical expert under general direction
  • Contribute to design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software
  • Work on enhancements for existing software used by third-party customers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to analyze software issues
  • Define technical specifications and implement effective solutions
  • Address customer concerns and resolve software-related problems
  • Recommend improvements and enhancements
  • Contribute to the development of user documentation
