Candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in the following:
- Developing control logic in DCS/PLC systems based on SAMA sheets and control narratives (Preference for Function Block Diagram programming experience)
- Developing HMI/SCADA graphics based on P&IDs and graphic specifications
- Preparing control test cases/instructions and performing logic & graphics testing
- Reviewing functional requirements and generating:
- System Design Specifications
- Technical reports
- Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Capturing functional requirements from design documentation
- System Engineering and Cabinet Engineering
- DCS hardware engineering including:
- Design, installation, and maintenance of controllers and I/O modules
- Network configuration and hardware troubleshooting
- Creation of macros, control logic sheets, and HMI screens
- Development of test procedures and execution of:
- Engineering testing
- CTE testing
- Functional testing
- Preparation of test reports demonstrating compliance with functional requirements
- Ability to study and modify:
- Control Narratives
- Functional Logic Diagrams
- Cause & Effect Diagrams
