Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Systems Software Programmer/Project Lead to lead the development, enhancement, and support of enterprise web applications, portals, and claims-processing modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TypeScript, Angular, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF, and SQL Server. This role requires a strong technical leader who can develop secure, scalable, user-facing and internal web applications while working closely with development teams, project staff, and business users.

The consultant will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, coding, unit testing, source-code management, integration testing, deployment, and ongoing production support. The successful candidate will help modernize existing applications, migrate legacy code, and deliver new system enhancements. Strong verbal and written communication, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.

• Lead development and support of enterprise web applications.
• Design and build internal and external web portals.
• Develop and enhance claims-processing applications and modules.
• Modernize and migrate existing application code.
• Build user interfaces using Angular 9 and Angular 11.
• Develop applications using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Build server-side applications using C# and .NET.
• Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET.
• Build MVC applications using ASP.NET MVC 3 or higher.
• Develop RESTful services using Web API.
• Build and maintain services using WCF.
• Develop data-driven applications using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database objects.
• Apply SQL Server security features, including Always Encrypted processes.
• Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017/2019 for application development.
• Manage source code using Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Perform code development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Create and execute unit tests for application components.
• Participate in integration testing and deployment activities.
• Support build-management and release-management processes.
• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams, project staff, and user communities.
• Gather, clarify, and communicate technical requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and system design artifacts.
• Support production applications and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development team members.
• Manage priorities and complete work with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly through written updates, documentation, and team discussions.
• Require 7 years of experience with the listed development technologies.
• Bachelor s degree required.
