Job summary:
Aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, including structural repair design, non-conformance disposition, and production RO / Repair Engineer – Wichita, KS
We are seeking an experienced MRO / Repair Engineer to support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, including structural repair design, non-conformance disposition, and production engineering support.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience in MRO / Aircraft Repair Engineering.
- Aircraft structural repair experience with metallic and composite structures.
- Develop repair designs and repair substantiation.
- Handle non-conformance dispositioning and root cause/corrective actions.
- Knowledge of FAA Part 25 / Airworthiness requirements.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Provide production support engineering and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Coordinate with DERs, Service Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
