Position Overview
The contractor will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist. They will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. Responsibilities include configuring device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager integration, Android Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards. The contractor will work collaboratively with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management processes.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities
- Plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.
- Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, and security baselines.
- Integrate Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
- Provide migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Provide implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards.
- Work collaboratively with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
- Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE
- Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies
- Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices
- Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management
- Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff
- Relevant certifications
- Project implementation success

Salary : $60 - $65
