As a Guidewire Integration Architect, you will spearhead the design, development,
and optimization of end-to-end integration solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

Role & Responsibilities
As a Guidewire Integration Architect, you will spearhead the design, development,
and optimization of end-to-end integration solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
- Integration Strategy & Design:
- Architect scalable integration solutions between Guidewire PolicyCenter and external systems (e.g., CRM, billing, claims, analytics) using APIs, messaging queues, and middleware.
- Define integration patterns (event-driven, SOA, microservices) and enforce best practices for data flow, security, and performance.
- Technical Leadership:
- Mentor developers on integration standards, reusable components, and error-handling frameworks.
- Conduct code/design reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cloud-native principles.
- Requirement Translation:
- Collaborate with business architects to convert complex requirements into technical integration specifications.
- Identify synergies between business needs and Guidewire Integration Gateway/Cloud APIs.
- Acceleration & Innovation:
- Leverage Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP) accelerators and DevOps tools to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize integrations using monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) for proactive issue resolution.
- Quality Assurance:
- Guide QA teams on integration test strategies, including contract testing, performance benchmarking, and regression suites.
- 15 years of IT experience, with 8 years focused on Guidewire integration (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Proven track record as an Integration Architect for Guidewire Cloud (GCP) or on-premise implementations.
- Expertise in:
- Integration technologies: REST/SOAP, Kafka/MQ, ESB, GOSU, and Guidewire Integration Gateway.
- Cloud services: AWS/Azure APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and IAM.
- Unit/integration testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Citrus).
- Experience decomposing monolithic integrations into cloud-ready microservices.
- Data-driven problem-solver with expertise in optimizing high-volume transaction systems.
- Exceptional communicator; adept at bridging technical and business stakeholders.
- Certifications: Guidewire Integration/Cloud certification (preferred).
