In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage multi-shift warehouse operations, oversee $15M in finished goods and raw materials, and lead a small warehouse team. You will also drive accuracy and efficiency by using an ERP system to manage inventory, storage, shipping, and reporting.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse locations in a multi-shift environment
- Supervise a small warehouse team, assign work at the start of each shift and work alongside them
- Manage inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials and provide regular updates and reports to management
- Use Epicor ERP and Excel to complete and compile inventory reports, shipping documentation, and storage/shipping records
- Coordinate finished goods storage, inventory, and shipping while communicating regularly with Customer Service, Sales, and the Supply Chain Manager
- Participate in management meetings and help shape warehouse organization, layout, and expansion
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, shipping documentation, and manufacturing inventory requirements
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and solid Excel skills for updating spreadsheets and generating reports
- Proven organizational and leadership skills to manage multi-shift operations across multiple locations
- Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and direct warehouse staff
- Ability to analyze inventory data, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and make sound decisions to keep operations running smoothly
- Forklift operation skills with current or eligible certification
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
- Experience operating under ISO 9001:2015 and SQF 10 (Manufacturer of Food Packaging) is a plus
- Demonstrated success managing both finished goods and raw material inventories using ERP systems, with Epicor strongly preferred
- Track record of leading a small team and overseeing multi-shift warehouse operations
- Able to work more than 40 hours per week as needed, stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 pounds
