Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and drive strategic financial insights. This position is embedded within one of our portfolio companies. In this role, you will analyze financial data, develop comprehensive reports, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial reporting, budgeting and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for revenue analysis, cost analysis and scenario forecasting
- Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
- Experience preparing financial reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret both financial and operational data
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
Compensation
- $75k-$90k Discretionary bonus opportunity
