Job description
Operations and schedule management: scheduling, coordination of requests from different departments (e.g. Royal Service) and assignment of tasks to technicians.
Systems and data management: use of Transcendent software, entry and monitoring of parking meter data.
Management of suppliers and interventions: coordination of suppliers, organisation and follow-up of intervention visits.
Management of material and financial resources: optimization of inventory and consumables, improvement of the efficiency and organization of the department, management of purchases and follow-up of purchase orders according to the established budget.
Compliance, training and projects: Completion of mandatory training for technical and safety teams, completion of all other related tasks and participation in special projects.
Qualifications
DEC in administrative techniques and excellent command of the MS Office suite.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English, in order to understand and discuss easily with an international clientele, on a regular basis.
Organizational skills, autonomy and ability to show initiative.
Excellent interpersonal, team-oriented and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and high level of work ethic.
