- Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
- Verify accuracy and quality of deliveries to the Hotel with “hands on” analysis of items with drivers
- Direct deliveries to storage destinations and assist with the transportation of such items when necessary
- Ensure proper storage of deliveries into inventory rooms as designated
- Monitor and replenish stock/counts through agreed upon par levels
- Maintain stock and supply areas with accuracy, detailed signage, proper positioning, cleanliness of spaces, and organization
- Authorize daily requisitions in a timely fashion and insure proper record keeping of all paperwork
- Gather, build, and issue daily food and beverage daily requisitions
- Champion our Fedex process of outgoing items, ensuring properly boxed/packed, labeled and recorded
- Own the loading dock and receiving area to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all health and safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications
- Service focused personality and passion for hospitality
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Previous experience in hotels preferred
