Job Description
Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience required
Previous Point Of Sale System Experience Required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities - Highly responsible & reliable - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment -
Ability to think out-of--the-box

Job Description
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service - Lead and manage the In Room Dining team and ensure service standards are followed
- Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Train Colleagues and Supervisors in the absence of the trainer
- Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
- Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies and practices
- Have full knowledge of all In Room Dining menus
- Manage the departmental budget
- Make an impact one interaction at a time
Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience required
Previous Point Of Sale System Experience Required
