This role requires delivering efficient and timely responses to incidents while ensuring the safety and security of designated executives and their properties.Patrol Agents conduct mobile and on-foot patrols as dictated by the client’s security needs. Agents will monitor for unsafe conditions, hazards, suspicious activity, or unauthorized individuals and report all incidents appropriately.All Agents must hold valid California BSIS security guard card in accordance with state regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all established policies, procedures, and protocols related to assigned sitesMake sound decisions within the scope of established guidelinesRemain calm and effective under stressful conditionsConduct proactive patrols and drive-by security checks at designated propertiesCommunicate and interact professionally with all stakeholdersRespond to emergencies, including fire, medical, hazardous materials, or inclement weatherProvide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality (NDA required)Conduct briefings, inventory, and equipment checksDocument and report incidents to the client’s Security Management Team or Operations CenterMonitor and report on CCTV and access control systemsAssist with emergency evacuations or incidents as directedAttend scheduled briefings and share relevant updatesCoordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies as necessary Qualifications and RequirementsPrior law enforcement, military, or high-level security experience (or equivalent) preferredValid California Security Guard Card (must remain current)Current CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid certification (must remain current)Must successfully complete a background check and drug screeningExcellent customer service and communication skillsValid Driver’s License and reliable transportation requiredProficient with technology, including security systems, CCTV, and reporting softwareMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions, including writing reports and communicating with clients and managementMust be dependable, professional, and maintain a positive attitudeAbility to: Conduct foot patrol when requiredClimb stairs or ramps as neededFull-Time employees (working 30-hours or more on a weekly basis) are eligible for benefits including:Health InsurancePaid Vacation TimePaid Sick Time401kVoluntary Dental, Accidental, and Critical Illness CoverageGroup Life & AD&D InsurancePIb4f1964349a7-25405-39154067
