The Position
As a PRN RN, you will:
- Deliver compassionate nursing care through individualized patient care plans
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, condition monitoring, and preventive interventions
- Coordinate total patient care, including teaching patients and families
- Complete key OASIS documentation (admissions, transfers, resumptions, re-certifications, discharges)
- Share valuable clinical insights in case conferences and collaborate with supervisors and the care team
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and accreditation regulations
The Requirements – Your Path to Success
- Active Florida RN License
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a home health or community care setting
- AHCA Level II background screening
- WellSky (formerly Kinnser) EMR knowledge preferred
