100 Bed Hospital Otolaryngology Department is adding another physician due to growth
Join existing ENT physician
Choose between W2 hospital employment or 1099 independent contractor
Shared call ( ER call 7 days per month)
Supported by RN, MA or other - MA with plans to add a NP
Mon- Thursday & half day Fridays
PACKAGE
MGMA based in median to 75th percentile for total compensation
Offer sign on and/or loan repayment - willing to discuss
Salary -Competitive base salary aligned with MGMA benchmarks, with additional earning potential through a generous wRVU incentive program
YOU
BC/BE Otolaryngology
Prefer experience 1-3 years
2027 Fellows welcome
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
